Can I change my tour tickets?

Yes, please call us on 01534 481178. We can transfer your tickets to a different tour date if your tour date has not already passed.

Can I book a table for lunch or afternoon tea?

We do not take table reservations for the Vineyard Café; please simply turn up, find a table, note your table number and place your order at the bar inside.

How can I reach you?

You can catch the number the 5 or 7 bus from Liberation Station in St Helier. You can also drive here – we offer plenty of free parking – or call the taxi company of your choice.

Can I talk to someone about booking an event?

Of course! Please email [email protected] with details of the date you have in mind, number of guests and the nature of your day (e.g. wedding, corporate team building event…) You can see more details of our various venues here.

Can I visit your shop?

Yes, our estate shop in St Mary is open 10am – 5pm every day. Our St Helier store is open 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Saturday. Our online store is also open 24/7 



Can I leave my car at the venue?
Yes, you can. Please collect before 12pm the following day

Can I taste the food ahead of time?
Group tasting sessions are available at the beginning of the wedding season for weddings taking place that year

Is there a maximum capacity for the venue?
Our maximum capacity is 150 people

Can I have fireworks or sparklers at the event?
We do not allow fireworks however sparklers are fine

What time will my wedding set up be done?
Each wedding will be discussed individually based on the day of the wedding

Is the venue suitable for wheelchairs?
All areas of the venue are wheelchair accessible

Do you have a ceremony location on site?
Yes, we have various options available

Can we bring our own caterers?
There is no need as we have full in house catering and an in house chef

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Of course. We are very flexible and offer a range of dishes suitable for all dietary requirements

Can I hold the date of the wedding?
We are happy to put a provisional date on hold and will ensure the date is yours as soon as a deposit has been paid

Do you offer tours of the estate?
Yes, we’d love to meet you! Please e-mail [email protected] and one of our dedicated wedding planners will assist you

Do you have on site accommodation?
We do not have onside accommodation but will be happy to recommend of nearby locations

Is there a plan if it’s raining on the day of the wedding?
Yes, our restaurant will be available for reception drinks if it rains.

Is it possible to have a bar tab or do guests pay as they drink?
We have both options available



Do you cater to all dietary requirements?
Yes, we offer gluten, dairy, meat and fish free dishes. Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes are all marked on our menus. Please let your server know in advance of any requirements so we can to cater to your needs. For parties of 11 or more, please phone 01535 481178 (extension 2) to book and preorder your food

What are your opening times?
We are open daily from 10am until 5pm. Please note that on days of events, the café will close at 2pm.

Is there a children’s menu?
Yes, we have a children’s menu as well as colouring in sheets and play area to keep them entertained.

Are there outdoor dining options?
Yes, we have a terrace overlooking the vineyard

Do you do gift vouchers?
We offer gift vouchers which can be purchased online and in store


We love to meet your friendly dogs on a lead in our outdoor seated area, and guide dogs are, of course, welcomed throughout.

Is the venue suitable for wheelchairs?
All areas of the venue are wheelchair accessible
