We are open every day from 9.30 am – 5 pm from March to November. Visitors are welcome to visit and dine in our Vineyard Cafe, browse our Cellar Shop and enjoy a Self-Guided Walk around the grounds.
Guided Tours & Tastings
Our Guided Tour and Tasting Experiences run up to 6 times per day 7 days per week. Choose from a Classic Experience or Upgrade to a Premium Tour & relax in our Garden Room while enjoying a full size glass of La Mare spirit with nibbles. Book Online & Save.

The Vineyard Café is open every day from 9.30 am - 5 pm (Last food orders 4pm)
Distillery
A tour of our Alembic Charentais Cognac, renowned for its distinctive shape and copper construction is included in our Guided Tour & Tasting Experience Experience. This is where we make all our spirits including Jersey Royal Vodka, Botanical Gins and Jersey Apple Brandy.
Estate Shop
Our Cellar Shop hosts all our Estate-Made produce including our mouth-watering fudges, luxurious chocolates, preserves for the pantry, wine and spirits and our award winning Jersey Black Butter and Salted Caramel.
For Kids
Children are welcome. They will love our adventure playground, large gardens and fun-filled Treasure Hunt with a chocolate prize. On tours we substitute the wine for apple juice.
