This meticulous aging process results in a wine of perfect balance and impeccable structure. On the nose, you’ll be greeted by enticing notes of black cherry and raspberry fruit, beautifully integrated with hints of spiced oak character.

Complex Character

Though currently young, our Bailiwick wine promises to evolve gracefully with time. With careful cellaring, this wine will continue to mature, revealing a smoother and more complex character that is sure to captivate your palate.

Indulge in the captivating flavours of strawberry and raspberry on the nose, setting the stage for an extraordinary tasting experience. On the palate, savor the delightful interplay of cherry, raspberry, and blackberry notes, elegantly accompanied by delicate oak spice.

To complement this exceptional wine, we recommend pairing it with braised lamb and roasted quail. The depth of flavours in our Bailiwick red wine perfectly complements the richness of these dishes, creating a truly harmonious dining experience.
