At the core of our spirit collection is the Alembic Charentais Cognac distillery, an emblem of our dedication to distilling excellence. This traditional copper pot still, often associated with the esteemed Cognac houses of France, is the beating heart of our operation, allowing us to produce spirits with depth and complexity. Each spirit, from our velvety Jersey Royal Potato Vodka and aromatic Gin to our richly-flavoured Apple Brandy, is crafted using the finest locally-sourced ingredients.
