Royal Gin
An artisanal gin crafted in Jersey using seven classic botanicals. With our Alembic Charantais Cognac distillery we combine all the subtlety of a balanced gin with the heritage and unique influence of the Island’s world renowned Jersey Royal Potato. The Botanicals have been carefully selected for their quality and the Juniper wash fermented using a double distillation process. Best enjoyed over a sprig of fresh mint.
Royal Vodka
Vodka fashioned using potatoes stands apart for its subtle mouth feel and pronounced texture. The Vodka celebrates this subtlety with the use of the world renowned Jersey Royal Potato, famed for character, flavour and grown only in the Island of Jersey.
