What to Expect on a Guided Tour & Tasting
Our Guided Tour and Tastings offer a relaxing and fun experience that highlights Jersey's rich history, terroir and produce.
Your guided Tour & Tasting Experience begins with a sample of our Branchage Cider, a stroll in the vineyards and a brief introduction to the history of the estate while enjoying the breathtaking rural views. Don’t worry if it’s raining as there is always a warm place to go to stay dry!
Next stop is the winery where you will have the opportunity to try La Mare red, white & rosé wines while learning about the life of a Jersey vine throughout the year from grape to glass.
You’ll get a backstage pass to view our genuine Alembic Charentais Cognac distillery, where you can learn about the distillation and maturation processes for our exceptional gins, vodka and brandy.
You will also enjoy a tasting of our delicious Jersey Cream Liqueur served in indulgent chocolate cups and see where we make our very own genuine Jersey fudge, biscuits and preserves, including our famous Jersey Black butter.
You’ll see our in-house chocolatier in action and enjoy a tasting of our delicious chocolate creations.
Our Premium Tours are exactly the same as our Classic Experience with the added extra of a full size La Mare vodka, gin, brandy with a mixer or Prestige Sparkling Cider to enjoy the end of your tour in the relaxing ambiance of the Garden Room followed by a stroll around our exquisite gardens.
For All The Family
All tours are guided by our team of friendly, in-house wine experts. Children ages 9 and under go free and and will receive a complimentary apple juice and chocolate treat as part of the tour.
