The role of the Production Kitchen Assistant is to help with ensuring quality jam, preserves, biscuits, fudge and chocolate production through the efficient execution of kitchen operations under the direction of the production kitchen supervisor, head chef and production manager.
The role of the Winery and Cellar Assistant is to help with ensuring quality, wine, cider and spirit production through the efficient execution of cellar operations under the direction of the Winemaker/Production Manager.
La Mare Wine Estate and Distillery is a unique venue situated in the beautiful Jersey countryside, comprising a working estate of vineyards, orchards and beautiful grounds. The Vineyard / Orchard Manager reports directly to the Production Manager and is responsible for all aspects of vineyard, orchard and associated grounds management.
