Chocolatier / Pastry Chef

A rare opportunity for a talented Chocolatier / Pastry Chef to join the creative heart of La Mare Wine Estate. This varied, hands-on role spans artisan chocolate production in a purpose-built chocolate kitchen, refined pastry and dessert creation for our café, weddings and events, and collaborative support across the Estate. Working with high-quality ingredients in a beautiful Jersey countryside setting, you’ll play a key role in developing seasonal products, upholding exceptional standards, and delivering memorable experiences that reflect the craft, care and character of La Mare.

Sous Chef

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to play a pivotal role in the kitchen at La Mare Wine Estate. Working closely with the Head Chef, this hands-on position supports café service, weddings, private dining and events, while helping to drive menu development, operational efficiency and food safety standards. Set within a small, collaborative team on Jersey’s only wine estate open to the public, the role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to lead in the Head Chef’s absence, making it ideal for a passionate chef ready to grow, innovate and make a real impact.
