The Private Tour
During this exclusive experience, your group will be personally guided by our knowledgeable experts who will unveil the secrets of our craft. You’ll delve into the heart of our estate, where the vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see and the scent of ripened grapes fills the air.
You’ll learn about the meticulous process of grape cultivation, the art of wine-making, and the distillation techniques that create our exceptional spirits. Our State-Of-The-Art Winery & Distillery
As you tour our state-of-the-art winery and Alembic Charentais Distillery, you’ll witness the careful blending, ageing, and maturation that transform grapes into exceptional wines and spirits. You will experience the sights, sounds, and aromas of the Estate, immersing yourself in the rich tapestry of flavours waiting to be appreciated.
Guided Tasting Session
One of the highlights is the guided tasting session, where you’ll have the opportunity to indulge in a selection of our finest wines and spirits. Sip, swirl, and savour a tasting of La Mare red, white and rose wines, Jersey Cream Liqueur and a full size spirit of your choice. (See prices below)
A Taste of Jersey
You will go behind-the-scenes of our food production kitchens where we make our very own Genuine Jersey fudge, biscuits and preserves, including the famous Jersey Black butter. You will have a sneak peak inside our chocolate kitchen, to see our resident in action Chocolatière hand-making our own chocolates made from 100% sustainably sourced Belgian cocoa. Obviously there will lots of lovely treats for you to try too!
A Stoll In The Gardens
Weather permitting we serve drinks in the glorious setting of our perfectly manicured lawns and gardens next to the traditional 18th Century, Jersey Granite Farmhouse.

Multiple Group Bookings Discount: 2-5 bookings = 5% discount, 6+ bookings = 10s% discount.
A minimum charge of £240 plus 5% GST is applied to private tours.
