Marcin dishes up all our fantastic fare at The Vineyard Café as well as catering for corporate events, weddings and parties. He has a real passion for using seasonal local produce and creating menus that allow the quality of our award-winning products to shine through. When he’s not busy in the kitchen, Marcin loves to travel and participate in various sports.
