La Mare offer a taste of Jersey
La Mare Wine Estate will be flying the flag for Jersey and showcasing some of its award-winning products at this year’s Speciality & Fine Food Fair, taking place at Olympia London from 2-4 September 2018.
New products from the Estate that will be launched at the show include Jersey Salted Caramel, a delicious preserve made with rich Jersey cream from the local herd and balanced with a hint of the island’s sea salt.
Also making an appearance at the event is La Mare Royal Gin, an Artisan crafted Jersey Gin infused with seven classic botanicals with the delicate addition of local elderflower from the Estate along with a unique influence of the Island’s world-renowned Jersey Royal Potato.
Discussing the event La Mare’s Managing Director Tim Crowley said, “We are delighted to be part of the Speciality & Fine Food Fair, this prestigious show provides us with a great opportunity to showcase Jersey and our locally made products; and to meet other artisan producers as well as prospective new customers. We are pleased to be working with our national UK distributor, Cotswold Fayre to ensure our range of Jersey products reach all corners of the UK and beyond.”
