Your experience begins with a chilled glass of Pettiant, our sparkling apple wine, before taking a relaxed stroll through the vines. Here, you’ll learn about the grape varieties we grow, the unique terroir that shapes them, and the lifecycle of the vineyard.
The Winery
Step into the winery for a behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process. From the press to the barrel, our Winemaker will explain the craft and care that goes into every bottle. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a guided wine flight featuring our white, rosé and red wines.
Distillery Tour
Next, explore our traditional Alembic Charentais Cognac Still and discover how apples from our orchards are transformed into refreshing cider, smooth brandy and distinctive spirits.
Grazing Plates & Wine
The experience concludes with a generous grazing platter, featuring cheeses, charcuterie, olives and seasonal accompaniments, paired with half a bottle of La Mare wine of your choice. As you enjoy, the winemaker will be on hand for a relaxed, two-way conversation, giving you the chance to ask questions and deepen your understanding of viticulture and distillation.
