La Mare Wine Estate was established in 1972 by Robert & Ann Blayney and was purchased by the current owners, Trevor & Jane Owen in 1997 . Our current managing director, Tim Crowley, was appointed in January 1998.

The estate is a captivating blend of history and tradition, featuring an 18th-century Jersey Farm house set among beautiful gardens, meadows, and vineyards. It’s home to organic orchards, function rooms, a working winery and distillery, and estate kitchens that craft a delightful array of authentic Jersey produce.
