Frequently Asked Questions
Is the venue exclusive to our group?
Yes. For any Christmas party of 30 guests or more, The Winery is hired exclusively for your group. You won’t be sharing the room, the bar or the entertainment with another party.
What dates do you have available?
Just a handful of December dates remain, for lunch or dinner, get in touch to check availability. Friday 4th, Saturdays 5th & 12th, Sundays 6th & 13th daytime only
Do we need to organise transport?
Yes, it’s worth sorting this in advance. There’s lots of free parking on-site, and guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight and collect them the next day. We’d recommend booking a coach for the group, especially for 30 or more guests coming from town. Taxis are also easy to arrange, and the number 7 bus runs from Liberation Station in St Helier for anyone travelling in independently.
Can we bring our own DJ or band?
Yes, you’re welcome to organise your own entertainment, whether that’s a band, a DJ, or simply a playlist. Bands and DJs need to bring their own equipment, as we don’t provide PA systems or lighting rigs. We do have a speaker system on-site that connects to a phone, ideal if you’d rather just plug in a playlist.
How do we secure our date?
A per person deposit confirms the booking, with the remaining balance and final guest numbers due a few weeks before the event. Our events team will confirm the exact figures when you enquire.
What are the options for drinks?
You can run a bar tab that we manage centrally and settle with you afterwards, or guests can pay as they go at the bar. Let us know which you’d prefer when you book.
Can we visit and see the room before booking?

No official dress code, but as the name suggests, Christmas at the Estate is worth getting dressed up for. Think festive and smart.
