La Mare Wine Estate has been shortlisted for ‘Visitor Attraction of the Year’ in the Jersey Style Awards 2018.
The awards, now in their second year, are the brainchild of PR guru Dr Tessa Hartmann CBE, launched to showcase Jersey, its tourist economy, lifestyle, arts and culture and to honour the island’s creators, innovators and tastemakers.
A high-profile panel of judges including former Telegraph fashion director Hilary Alexander OBE, Paper Magazine’s Mickey Boardman and Maurice Mullen, the Evening Standard and ES Magazine’s Head of Luxury will complement the public vote.
La Mare’s Managing Director Tim Crowley said: “We’re delighted to be nominated for ‘Visitor Attraction of the Year’ at the Jersey Style Awards. We’ve worked really hard as a team to develop our brand here on the Island and beyond and to ensure our working estate has plenty to offer all our visitors. A win would be another great benchmark of our success as one of Jersey’s top visitor attractions.”
This year’s awards will be presented at a red carpet black tie gala dinner at The Royal Jersey Showground on Thursday 28th June 2018. Voting closes on 15th June 2018 and you can vote for La Mare Wine Estate at Jerseystyleawards.com.
