COVID-19 Safety Measures

The safety of our customers, visitors and team remains our top priority at the estate.

Our extensive safety measures ensure that your visit will be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible:

We kindly ask you to sanitise your hands on arrival at the estate. There are dispensers on entry. If you are travelling from abroad, please do not visit the estate until you have received your negative COVID-19 test. If you develop any symptoms after or feel unwell, please do not visit the estate and inform us on 01534 481178 or email [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears to be unwell or experiencing any symptoms at the time of arrival.

We are closely following government guidelines, and all areas of the estate are being cleaned regularly throughout the day. Our menus and tables are being thoroughly cleaned after each booking, and cutlery and condiments will be given together with your food order. All surfaces, bathrooms and handles are all being cleaned regularly.

Our tables in The Vineyard Restaurant are all 1 meter apart and we ask all visitors to remain vigilant and to practice social distancing throughout their time here.

Our preferred method of payment is via card to limit the risk of infection.

We are strongly encouraging pre-booking for The Vineyard Restaurant, and will use the details provided on your booking to contact you if required. For any walk-ins, a member of our team will collect your name and contact details. All Tour & Tasting tickets are to be pre-booked online.
