COVID-19 Safety Measures
The safety of our customers, visitors and team remains our top priority at the estate.
Our extensive safety measures ensure that your visit will be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible:
We kindly ask you to sanitise your hands on arrival at the estate. There are dispensers on entry. If you are travelling from abroad, please do not visit the estate until you have received your negative COVID-19 test. If you develop any symptoms after or feel unwell, please do not visit the estate and inform us on 01534 481178 or email [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears to be unwell or experiencing any symptoms at the time of arrival.
We are closely following government guidelines, and all areas of the estate are being cleaned regularly throughout the day. Our menus and tables are being thoroughly cleaned after each booking, and cutlery and condiments will be given together with your food order. All surfaces, bathrooms and handles are all being cleaned regularly.
Our tables in The Vineyard Restaurant are all 2 meters apart and we ask all visitors to remain vigilant and to practice social distancing throughout their time here. Please do not approach any other occupied tables
MASKS OR MOUTH AND NOSE COVERINGS
Customers aged 12 and over must wear masks at all times except for when eating and drinking. This includes both indoors and outdoors at the venue, using the toilet facilities or moving around the venue.
TRACK & TRACE
Contact tracing is a fundamental part of the COVID 19 Strategy and under the covid -19 (workplace restrictions Jersey) order 2020 business’s must collect the contact information of all people over the age of 12 attending the premises on their arrival.
Our preferred method of payment is via card to limit the risk of infection.
