"Available 2009 This original Jersey wine, Clos has twice been served to her Majesty the Queen on Royal visits to the island. This fresh, fruity and rounded wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under cool conditions to retain the delicate ripe fruit flavours and elegant aromas. Serve lightly chilled on its own or with seafood, chicken, vegetarian dishes, pasta and even spiced oriental dishes."

Made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Regent and Rondo grapes, this medium bodied red has a fantastic deep purple colour, with black cherry and raspberry fruit on nose and palate. Cask maturation has resulted in a hint of vanilla character and complex, yet soft tannins on the finish. Drink on its own or enjoy with red meat dished, roasted or grilled meals or with cheese.

"In ancient Jersey law, adult criminals could take refuge in the nearest church for 8 days. On the 9th day they had to decide whether to be punished in the Royal Court or to leave Jersey for ever. Each parish church had a 'perquage' - a safe path to the coast. If one walked this path, one couldn't be arrested. Many criminals chose this route where they boarded boats and left Jersey for good. This rose has an attractive pink colour with aromas of strawberry and raspberry. The palate is filled with berry fruits and pleasingly rounded, finishing crisp and clean. Serve lightly chilled with salads, BBQ foods, soft cheese and sunshine."

Pompette is a quality cider made in the methode traditionelle used by the French in their production of their finest Champagne and by La Mare Wine Estate's sparkling wine production. The resulting dry and refined cider is rich, wonderfully aromatic with soft tannins from Jersey cider apples. The fizz is long lasting and refreshing. Best served chilled in Champagne flutes, Pompette is ideal on its own or with any light meal.

A unique blend of grape and apple. Spanish galleons, bringing casks of wine from Spain and the south of France to England, docked in Jersey for supplies. During the long voyage, the cask would lose wine by evaporation or maybe a thirty crew. Jersey cider was used to top up the cask, resealed for shipment to England. Our blend of cider and grape wine has refreshing spicy apple aromas. Ripe grapey flavours and a crisp sweetness to finish. A fun wine ideal for drinking with picnics and barbecues or mulled at Christmas.

Made from a selection of cider apple varieties from our orchards in the parish of St Mary, including Dabinette, Harry Master Jersey and Yarlington Mill, all grown without the use of pesticides, Branchage is a wonderful premium cider that has incredible finesse. Will happily accompany most foods, but is particularly good with chicken, pork and strong cheese.
